Fidelity Requirements

• Implement action plan of a STEM improvement idea in the school or community
• Meet with advisor at least once per month to check in on action plan implementation and CSO responsibilities
• Attend Leadership Training Institute, fall and spring cabinet meetings, and end-of-year celebration
• Complete Google action plan assignments
• Engage in monthly STEM events and website announcements

Program Timeline

1. Complete CSO International Registration Form
2. Attend a Leadership Training Institute
3. Submit "Initial Action Plan Idea" form
4. Attend Fall Cabinet meeting
5. Submit "Approved Action Plan" form
6. Implementation of Action Plan
7. Attend Spring Cabinet and/or End of Year meeting
8. Submit "Action Plan Reflection" form and "End of Year Survey" form

Throughout: meet with advisor regularly and engage in STEM events

• LTI Post Survey- Complete within 1 week of LTI attendance
• Initial Action Plan Idea form- Complete after meeting with your advisor a few times, usually submitted before Fall Cabinet
• Post Fall Cabinet form- Complete within 1 week of Fall Cabinet attendance
• Approved Action Plan Idea form- Completed after meeting with advisor a few times, usually submitted before Fall Cabinet but can be submitted one week post Fall Cabinet
• Post Spring Cabinet form- Complete within 1 week of Spring Cabinet attendance
• Action Plan Reflection form- Complete within one week of completing your Action Plan
• End of Year Survey form- Complete within 1 week of your End of Year celebration (this can sometimes be Spring Cabinet)
