Fidelity Requirements

• Advocate, guide and support action plans
• Meet with the CSOs at least once a month
• Encourage attendance and participation in supplemental CSO events and opportunities
• Track submission of required CSO Action Plan Google Forms
• Monthly office hour available to CSOs
• Attend Leadership Training Institute, cabinet meetings, and end-of-year celebration
• Engage in CSO leadership training webinars
